Under normal circumstances, I wouldn't even dream of this space of respite.

But let's face it, I pretty much had like 2 to 3 hours of sleep per day last week from Tue to Fri at the Sultan Hotel Jakarta.

I wouldn't be surprised IF indeed, ghosts exist, and one was residing with me in the hotel room i was in.

THE ROOM WAS CONSISTENTLY COLD and the temperature knob for the AC unit does not work at all! Not even when I turned it off.

Pfft.

That being said, the bathroom makes noises at night.

The bed's a tad too big and so is the room.

Much prefer cosy, small rooms if I'm a single occupant.

'Nuff said.

I haz a shiver down my spine thinking abt it.

Ok... back to the reason why I'm writing this..

Imma slept like 2 whole days after the trip and have resumed to a 2 to 3 hours sleep per night for the whole of this week.

Am floating around like a zombie, waking up each morning feeling like I'd sleepwalked to the road and got hit by a truck or something.

*deadpan face*

So I've this report to complete but my brain's running sluggishly and I'm seeing stars with pretty much feeling like I'm bobbing my head from left to right and back again.

My mind drifts off to Survivor's latest episode!

*sighs

If you walk into the heart of Singapore's Marina Bay Financial Centre at this time of the night, you'll see a massive congregation of homosapiens; reeking of superficiality, pretence and alcohol.

There's a lot of them. Hordes of them.
The same type exists in different parts of the earth.

They appear flashy, have an air of arrogance about them; and are usually attracted to the same kind. Primarily, they connect by being worshippers of this thing called 'money'.

There are some who step into their territory; lose their way and drown in emptiness. They do not belong.

The trick is to put on the stench of superficiality, pretence and alcohol. (No, not the 100% alcohol swab that you use for sterilisation)

Me? Only a pilgrim passing by, going for a massage.
