The receptionist that makes no sense
I called Chapter 2 (JP branch) to ask if there's any available hairstylist between now to 530pm so I could get a haircut.
The receptionist made no sense.
At least to me, she didn't.
Let's name her 2 (coz chapter 2).
Me: Hi, is it possible for me to go for a haircut anytime between now to 530pm today?
2: I'm sorry, we're fully booked today. But if U want, I can help u make an appointment tmr at 5pm. Which hairstylist?
Me: Hmmm. I've no particular hairstylist in mind.
2: It's ok, all our hairstylists are professionals so it doesn't matter.
Me: Ok, but it's not necessary to be 5pm, I can go earlier. Anytime between 1 to 5pm is fine.
2: I'm sorry, the time slot u've given me is too long. I can't put you in. Maybe U can confirm again and call back then I'll help u make an appointment.
Me: *confuzzled* What do you mean??? I don't have a hairstylist in mind, so anytime u give me between 1 to 5pm is fine by me.
2: I'm sorry, the time period from 1 to 5pm is too long. U need to confirm your time the I can help u book.
By this time, I'm rather cheesed by her inability to be flexible. The customer is giving the salon the benefit of picking a convenient time for the staff members, yet the receptionist is so rigid coz she wants a particular time. =.=
Me: (Rather adamantly) Erm... Yes, like I said, any hairstylist u assign me is ok. I'm free between 1 to 5pm, u can just give me any slots available.
2 still went on about me having to give her a time. =.=
Me: OK... then 2pm lor.
!!!
She's weird.
