The Lakehouse

This has gotta be one of my favourite romantic film of all time.

I've seen it 4 times now.

There are some things which I can't forget about the movie. For instance, some quotes like
"Can this be happening?"

and the song-- This Never Happened Before.
It was playing when Sandra Bullock was dancing with Keanu Reeves. How very apt indeed. Cans and I were spurring him to kiss her already. About 5 seconds into it, her bf Morgan broke the magic. Heh. Spoiler!

Keanu Reeves had gotten countless critics about what a block he really is at acting.

I beg to differ...

"I saw her. I kissed her. And I love her. She's more real to me than anyone."

Sandra Bullock's got a memorable romantic quote too,
"One man I can never meet. Him, I'd like to give my whole heart to."

"You waited."

Apparently, Alex Wyler waited 4 years for her, and finally... they met at The Lakehouse.

I rmb catching this show at the cinema with YJ and Gdine, and we had an argument over the number of years Alex waited. They couldn't understand why it was 4 years. -.-

Heh.But u know, life's not like in the movies. So watever.

Back to reality.


*sigh.

I'm afflicted with pain like nothing I've ever experienced--apart from the time I sprained my right ankle, twice in a week.
And I can almost imagine myself hissing and scratching someone across the face like any provoked cat would if somebody decides to cheese me off right now.

Actually, I would like to hiss and scratch at anyone right now. Ugh........
