When will God Forgive?

Just came home from church. Phew. The preacher delivered a great message. As Always. This time, was Brother Jerry Holmes, he's flying bk think.. tmr? i forgot. Anyways, he was talkin bout When Does God Forgive.

I think it's stereotypical of ppl to think HE forgives all the time. Yes, he is Merciful, benevelont and all, but guess that's just the way it is. So, when does HE forgive?
He will NOT forgive when U do not forgive others.
Like, frm Matthew 6:14, says here -
For if we forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.
From here, it's crystal clear.
Here's an example. Matthew 18:23-234. It's pretty long. So if u have a bible, u may refer to it.

AHA! u do not have one rite? Nvm. Let me just write it as a short story though it's not exactly what the bible says but.. ok, put it this way, I AM giving an example.

There was a certain King of a tiny kingdom far far away. One day, this king realised that one of his servants owed him a great deal of money. It was about 10 million. This servant (let's name him Alex), was called to meet the King.
The King asked Alex to pay his debt. Alex had no money to pay him of coz. The king was furious, he bellowed, "Alex! It's 10 million we're lookin at! I demand payment, else i'll have u, your wife, your children and all that you possess, TO BE SOLD! Not that all these are worth what you owe me!"
Poor Alex was shivering with fright, i bet he wud've peed in his pants if not for the fiery eyes of the king staring rite at him.
Alex fell rite b4 the king, "Lord, have mercy on me! Give me time, and i will pay you."
The king, took a look at his servant's pathetic expression, his heart softened. So he let Alex off the hook.
Days later, this Alex, was grabbing a fellowservant by the neck, shouting, "Pay me the 18 Bucks u owed me! It's been days! Where is the money?"
But the poor servant had not enough money to pay Alex, so he answered, "Please, give me time, i will pay you all that i owe you."
Seeing that he would not get his money bk soon, Alex had this fellowservant locked up in the cell, and wud only be released till he got bk his 18 bucks.
Now, wasnt that horrid of Alex?
The other servant's knew of what Alex had done, they went to the King and related it to him. The king couldn't believe his ears. He called for the loathful servant, and said to him, "You wicked, no-good, horrible... freaking.. THING! How dare you! I took pity on you, and spared you. Shouldn't you do as what i've done unto your fellowservant? It's a meagre amount relatively compared to what you owed me!"
At this, the king commanded Alex to be locked up in the cell till he pays his debt.

See, we should all have a forgiving heart. It's always nice to forgive. Would u want to be forgiven of what u'd done wrong unto others? Certainly. And others will also like u to forgive them of what they had done wrong unto you. So, if we forgive others, God will also forgive us of our sins. Simple.

The Lord will not forgive, if you'll not confess ur faults, and repent of them. Say, if u do not confess ur faults, it's almost as if u do not sin. And that is total crap. And since it is so, u're a liar. And if u're a liar, the WORD is not in us. (1 John 1:9-10)
If u do not repent of ur sins, u'll be sinning over and over agn, and U will not be forgiven, eventually u'll PerisH. (Luke 13:3, Acts 3:19)

Anyways, the Lord Will forgive you. No matter how awful you sin may be, he will forgive, if u'll do ur part to "earn" his forgiveness. (Isaiah 1:16-19)


Isaiah 1:18- .... Though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.
