|Confession of the Chocomaniac 40 Winks x 3 = 120 Winks on Tuesday, July 14, 2009 Heh. I've been taking long naps. Helps to recover lost sleep. Weird sleep patterns have I. Made another breakthru tonight! I was all undressed and ready to shower. And this HUGE COCKROACH scampered across the bathroom tiles. EEEEks! Of course, I screamed. And Screamed. And Screamed. I think it was rather loud coz I got irritated myself. -_- Canida screamed across the hall "What?!" "Cockroach! Big one!" She bagged a huge book (I think it was mom's bible?!) and stood by the door. We tried to locate that icky no-good pest. It ran up the basin counter. Eewch. I told Canida to watch it and make sure it doesnt move while I showered. -_- Ah... Here's the fun, exhilarating part. I took mom's long metal pole and poked the cockroach. Canida used the showerhead and aimed at it. For a few minutes, it struggled, tried to escape, I was pokin at the side of the door where it was and all this was done while the both of us screamed non-stop. Then it moved across the bathroom where Canida was- standing on top of the toilet seat. She plopped the heavy book on it and that was the last we'd seen of the pest. It was a joint venture! Alrights, this does seem silly but it took us a lot of courage. HEH. Kareen ate a truffle at 1:41 AM
