Day in DesArU

Was a super long day! Mom made arrangements with Aunt Frances and Aunt Fen. The nine of us met at Aunt Frances' house at 630 am!! Ugh.. i haven had more than 3 hrs of slp the night b4.
Vistoria, and aunt Frances sat in our car, Zi Lin tagged along but was in Uncle Low's car with his BEST PAL- Jiaming.. Haha.. those two were inseperable during the whole trip.

We did many things.. MOSTLY travelling in the car. Was boring... but beats staying home. We ate alot!

We had brkfast at a small restaurant.. travelled to the Fruit farm. Toured around.. had fresh fruits..

Drove dwn further and went to the beaches at Golden Beach Resort, Sebena Resort and the Desaru Inn. The adults were busy chatting, Jiaming and Zilin engrossed by some silly game on the gameboy. Canida, Vic and i had our own topics to chat about as well.

By noon, we headed further to Kota Tinggi. Had a sumptous lunch at Jade Garden. So delicious!!! we had lobsters and crabs and other mouth watering dishes. I simply loved the toufu!

Havin our stomach filled, next destination was the ostrich farm and then the mago farm. BORING...

By half past 4, we went made a shrt visit to Mom's rundown home. Totally ccreepy! It was deserted, small, and... OLD. But mom said it was built by our grandpa himself. Whoa.. not bad considering the fact that he made it with simple materials.

Big Aunt's home was a stone's throw away.. we were like, "why not pop over and say hi." We did. a really short visit. In the car, Mom and Aunt Frances spoke of MANY THINGS. MANY MANY MANY. i sorta enjoy listening to what they spoke of. Kinda interesting if u actually listen to the conversations grown-ups have.

Popped over at Cousin Elaine's, said Hi etc.. and headed for home!
The journey was long.... Dreary.. i was gettin car sick.. and my bladder was beginning to feeel rather full!

Im gettin to the MOST interesting part of the trip. MOM's left rear tyre was puntured! Haha! What are the chances of that?

Gd thing we had uncle low with us. Was quite an experience.. so now i knw how to change car tyres!

Arghx... super loooong journey.. every second counts... i felt as if my bladder's about to explode!

After more than an hour of travelling.. FINALLY!!!! we stopped at a petrol kiosk. I practically ran to the toilet. DRATS.. the female toilet had it's door closed, i thought it was locked. I couldn't hold on much longer, so i went into the male's toilet. Gd thing there wasnt anyone in there. But when i got outta the cubicle, a man was just outside the toilet.. how embarrassing.. but anyways.. not that i had much choice.

We had dinner at another "san lou restaurant" and the next destination was really HOME for us.

Phew! feels great to be home!

Just another day in front of the TV. After Worship today, we had Mass tracting. Response wasnt very gd.. Bro Paul shud've expected more ppl to turn up. But 31 isn't all that bad. We split into grps and go around the area near the church building distributing tracts.

When i finally reached home, i sat in frnt of the Tv, watching the Korean Drama - ALL ABOUT EVE. Starring Jang Dong Gun, Chae Rim, Kim So Yun and Han Jae Suk. Long Story. 20 episodaes. Very touching. VERY NICE! I'd rate it 4/5 stars. My nose was running like mad during the last few episodes. My heart aches for that "pitiful" character starring Han Jae Suk. Hai.. If there really is such a character for real.. i'd be speechless.. U guys shud watch that show!!! (if u wanna watch, i can lend u my VCDs!!!)

Now having a terrible blocked nose.. Feeling kinda like my head weighs a few tons.. eeeks.. =S

gues id better have an early nite. Have to get up like 5 am plus in the morning.. sians...

YEAH!!! Finally! The house is sold!! yeah! A few minutes later, the buyers will be here to sign the legal procedures stuffs. YES! I cant wait to move. But of coz i'll miss my current house! But erm.. seriously, i've been wanting to live in a smaller house. Afterall, there're only 3 ppl living in it now. What for we need so much space? THere's hsewrk and lots of shoutings when the phone rings. I'm sick of running up the stairs. Recently, i've picked up the habit of climbing the stairs frm the sides... Haha. dangerous. but a shrtcut!

Hm.. yea, the location is superb though.. aiya.. a little kinda confused in whether im glad or upset about moving. Either ways, i'll still have a roof over my head. No worries. ^-^


Yea, Ping, i also have to tune my guitar. I've tried tuning it. But erm.. it stil sounds a little off tune. Yupx.

Went to church today, Brother John shared a sermon on LESSONS FROM THE "STRONG" MAN.

It's about Samson, the man who was strong physically, but weak at heart. Would like to elaborate much on it. but i'm feelin kinda unwell. Having a headache again! Totally infuriating. Im sick of it. I wonder if i've a tumour or blood clot or somee sort.. Having these headaches ever so often..

Hadnt much to do. There were two groups of ppl in to look at the house. Been months! wish the hse cud be sold soon. I really wanna live in a smaller and cosier house! THere was this naughty little boy who came with his parents and sister today. Haha. Kids.. Naughty but cute(at the age of 5 and below), after 5, they're just pure headaches. Guess i'll hit the ON button of my tv and pig out for the rest of the day. Hope it'll rain.

Day at SentosA

Was out the whole day. Just had my bath and chilling out. Feeling a little creeped out by the movie we watched just now.

Hmm.. Amanda had held an outing. I suggested East Coast Park last week! But she said Sentosa's a better choice, reason is simply coz Roy said so.

Initially was suppose to be the girls' outing. However, due to unforseen circumstances, YiJia and Valarie cudnt make it, and ive simply no idea whatever happened to that Siew Yuan!

So Amanda asked Roy, Skye, and Desmond along. So there were the six of us. Including Sotong Queen(Gdine).

Met up with Gdine and Amanda at the Chinese Garden MRT. I was right on dot. Gdine came a few min later. Amanda was LATE! haha! She wore a "beach-lookin outfit" blue and yellow.

We took the next train and headed for Harbour front. At Thiong Bahru station, just as the door was abt to close, i saw a guy hopped on board. There was something vaguely familiar about this guy, i told amanda "Hey, that guy lks like Skye."
So i strained my neck a little to catch another glimpse of that oh-so-vaguely-familiar-looking guy and the next thing he knows, i was
shouting"SKYE!"

Guess he was surprised to see us too.

The four of us then headed to Harbour front together. That was my SECOND time on the Northeast line! So exciting. Hahaha!


Once we reached Harbour Front, we had lunch. We then met up with Roy and Desmond. Those two are TWO CHILDISH KIDS. My gdnes, i cant believe how childish they can get. But then agn, childish words and deeds coming out of them is not much of a surprise.


Off we go, to the Siloso beach at Sentosa. Weather was fine. In fact, it was the best day in weeks for a nice outing outdoors.

Roy had a bath in the sun whilst Skye, Amanda and Desmond played volleyball.

The sun was scorching! Gdine and i took a long walk to the other end of the beach. There wasnt many ppl though. We dived into the sea and swam.

After a little of playing a fool, we got up and cleansed ourselves under the showers. Sat on the beach, having the sun to dry us. Man, the sun was burning!

Having dried ourselves(not totally though), we walked bk, only to find the other four in the sea swimming.

They asked us to join them, but gdine and i tk pains to dry ourselves, there was no way im getting bk into the salty water!

Stupid Roy and Desmond. One or both of them came up with a silly idea. Just as i sat on the sand agn(trying to get myself drier under the sun), Roy and Desm got outta the water, sitting beside me.

Roy asked silly questions, totally irrelevant. Desmond was smiling the goofy smiles.



I was definitely sensing sumtin is wrong. I turned to lk at Gdine who was a few feet away. I was thinking of getting up b4 the two goofies did sumtin to me. But i was too late. Once i turned bk around, Roy carried me and threw me onto the er sin water!! Yikes!

Ughh... HAHA! but Gdine got the treatment as well. Wahha! That stupid girl was still happily enjoying the scene and laughin at me. Haha! She was screamin and kicking sand at Roy. But i guess Roy wasnt able to carry her further into the water. Guess Roy's energy was drained after carrying me.. But Desmond did helped(but he's hopelessly weak).. Erm.. still the two goofies din manage to throw her deeper into the waters.(not that she's heavy)

Poor Gdine, she landed on the sands and bruised her butt.. @_@


We played in the salty water till bout 5. Bathed and decided to go Plaza Sing for dinner.

Skye got a fever! Poor Skye. Must be all the sun and all..

The remaining five of us had dinner at Burger King. It has been a long long time since i've stepped into burger King!

After dinner, Amanda left us coz we wanted to watch Shutters. Guess it's cozz she is afraid. Hehe. She gave an excuse of having not brought her spes..

Anyways, Roy and Desm bought the tickets and we had so sit Third row frm the FRoNT!!!

We had bout an hour left, nothing else to do. Tired and drained of energy.. the four of us went into the arcade and sat dwn. Haha. Played a few silly games but that was all. Roy and Gdine are another childish pair! Squabbling and bickering.. *Yak Yak Yak* Cant believe they're 17.

Roy bought a disc by Nat King Cole. Gdine was like, "Lend me! Lend ME!"

Of coz, childish Roy said "NO!"

Time slowly crept by, we tk our time into the theatre.

The show was creepy. The images of the "ghost"was gruesome. Totally freaked me out. I screamed like more than 5 times(not that i can help it). Desmond was like covering his face during the hair raising moments.. and he broke into silly giggles after each scary part. @_@

We headed home but it was 11 plus! Didnt know it'll be so late! Guess i reached bout 5 past 12. Good thing mom dint "yak" much bout it. Coz got home safely! Thank God. ^-^


I was Damn pissed when i got home and checked for the auctions that i bid in. I lost them!!! Curses.. ugh.. one of them was for gdine!! Aiya, heck.. i got her another pair of earrings. ^-^Hope she likes it!

NeveR TeLL a Lie

Just reached home with a bulging tummy.. feel like puking.
Ate like so much.. Was having lunch at Lotus restaurant with some church peeps.

Auntie Frances ordered so much food. Yikes.. it was an ala carte buffet. We were all busy stuffing ourselves. I hadn't much appetite. Wasn't feeling well. Having a bad cramp. Ugh.. feeling irritated by the cramp. Uncle Long Jong and family was relating the encounters they had in the Chalet. Haha! Sounds pretty creepy.

Hmm.. today.. was late for church AGAIN. Damm.. stupid girl!!! she always has to wake up late! Im so pissed. Maybe i shud just go to church by myself. At least i wun be late.. MAYBE i wun be.
Canida is such a sleepyhead. I always have to feel PissEd when waking her up. There was once when i tried waking her up for dinner, SHE practically punched me in the stomach! DAM!! i wanna smack her.

Ugh.. but nvm.. Im such a kind soul. I shall forget about it.

NeVeR TeLL a LiE

Exodus 20:16- Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour.

Many people speak words that may not be truthful. They tell of what they feel comfortable in, irregardless of truthfulness. Whish is sad. Coz they're lying, and very much, making it a habit and may think it's alright to do so.

Twisting of truth and exaggerations are lies too.


How or why can lying be of any danger to us?

By lying, we are speaking Satan's language. Lying is wrong. That's coz we deviating from the truth. Morally, it's wrong.

By lying, you may hurt others. A tiny lie may lead to serious and un-imaginable consequences. That includes GOSSIPS. Yep. Gossip may ruin one's reputation/life. Words may kill. Especially words that do not carry truthfulness in them.

By lying, u may bring harm unto yourself. By lying, the liar loses the sense of truth.

Lying is absolutely not acceptable in the Lord's sight. May it be a white lie, tiny lie, big lie.. whatever!! As long as it is not the truth. It's a lie. And it is wrong, a sin. God forbids. An abomination unto Him. Hated.

Proverbs 6:16-19-These six things doth the Lord hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto Him:
A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood.
An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief,
A false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren.


We ought to reject lies.

Revelation 21:8- But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and socerors, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.

The next time before u lie, think again. The Lord is watching. The Lord has ears. The Lord knows what you're thinking.

Ugh.. so much so for the morning! I'm feelin horrid once again. Guess i'll just hop onto bed and do some reading. Was thinking of watching a movie this week. But erm.. it's just a thought. Im broke!!!!!!!!!! Maybe tv will do just fine.

This is like.. horrid! I had another bad dream. though not as bad.. but it isn't anywhere near pleasant. Crap...

And goodness me, im having this abdominal cramp. I hate it. I'm so restless. What am i gonna do today? This is crap. Ran out of chocolates. What could be worse...

I'll find out soon enough, that's for sure.

"That was ONE horrid dream! It wun ever happen! i'd just die if it does!" I thought.

It started whilst i was sleeping.. i had these weird, awful dreams. I've vague memories of them. But they were awful. I feel so helpless. These nightmares happened for a few nights already. Yea, i normally have bad dreams, but not as often! These dreams i had recently, were the worst of the lot!

I wonder how it happened. I've been enjoying my days! Technically, i shudn't have nitemares. But i do! Y?! im Puzzled too.

Adding to that, i've my other problems to worry about. My headaches. Mild and major ones. Im not sure why though.. It's been days., Yesterday, i had one of the worse headaches ever.

Subsided today. But that's not the end of it. There's this pesky ulcer on my upper lip. Totally irritates me. It hurts badly!

Not forgetting my sunburn.. my skin's still red. and i just found out that i'll be seeing more red for the next few days. IM SOOOOO not gonna enjoy these few days.


Oh well.. despite my physical sufferings. I had "fun" today.

Had Amanda, Valarie, Yijia and Geraldine to come over. My mom made Lemon tea for us. We checked our results from NPal. What can i say?

I PASSED. that's all there is too it. my results are average.. or.. no no. CORRECTION. BELOW average. But that's alrite. I deserved it..

back to what we did. Amanda cooked Japanese curry. We had that for lunch. Then we watched Spirited Away. I've watched it thrice in the past 2 weeks! Love that show. sooo cute! Esp the fat rat and the small bird. Not forgetting the tiny black soots! Soooooo cute! I wun mind watching it again.

Tv aside, we baked brownies with walnuts. There's much washing to do. Amanda and i did most of the washing.. hehe. We're such nice people.

Anyways, the brownies tasted alrite. Kinda too sweet though. We enjoyed our brownies.. and watched Down With Love.

Oh yea, we bought a cake for Siew Yuan, Val, and Yijia! But that SY, no idea why she cudnt mk it today. anyways,it was a mango mousse cake. Nice but also, a lil' too sweet.

Gdine bought these pretty scented candles that were the shape of "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" we had some truoble capturing all of us in a picture off Amanda's tiny phone camera. Yea. but we did it. Will post it soon after she sends it to me.

*Sigh* Had fun with the girls.

Now looking forward to the day when my BAD DREAMS AND HEADACHES get lost!

A DaY sPenT by Having FuN in PaiN

Yep. It's Fun in pain. At the stroke of 12, I was still surfing the net, at the yahoo auctions. After a few moments i was packin up my cupboard, came across a box which i use, to contain all those movie tickets. Found out that between year 2003-2004, i've watcheds about over 60 movies. About there.

Right about in the wee hours of the morning, something happened. I had gastric discomforts, adding to that, i shivered involuntarily. I thought i was hungry, so i ate some chocolates and snacks. I slept at abt 3.30am and set my alam to 7.45am as i had to go for an outing at East Coast Park with the church peeps.

I guess i turned off the alarm and went bk to slp. Coz the next moment i opened my eyes was when my mom shouted "WAKE UP! U're gonna be late!"

It was only then that i realise it's 8.30am and i AM gonna be late coz we're to meet in church building at 9am.
I tk like 10 minutes to get rdy. Din comb my hair, applied teeny wee bit of facial sunblock(thought a little will be fine).

Mom drove me to church, with many stuffs in the booth coz the chinese congregation peeps are goin WEST coast. Anyways, reached the church 2 minutes past 9.

Hopped onto Angelia's car with Ruiqi, Jolene Grace and of coz the driver herself.

We had fun at ECP. Weather was great! Not lovely though(this description is subjective. MY lovely weather is CLOUDY, DREARY, ON THE VERGE OF A POURING RAIN). Great weather is subjective too(MY great weather is: JUST THE RIGHT WEATHER FOR THE PARTICULAR ACTIVITY OF THE DAY)

We settled dwn and strt the day's activities with singing of praises unto the Lord. Then We played "Dogs and bones"(more of-humans and two oranges), "Poison balls", "the trees and squirrel thingys", "Chicks and a Hen Thingy". Had lunch, and some of them went kayaking and some went cycling.
Of coz i had to cycle, i hadn't extra clothes with me and kayaking under THAT SUN is.. un-imaginable. Kayaking gets boring after a while. Cycled for a very long distance. Sun was scorching! I've only cycled for less than 2 hours and there!!! IM PINK. My face, my hands my thighs are of matching colours with the shirt i was in. YEs, PINK. Till now as i sit typing this oh-so-long entry, I'm pretty pink. Hurts.

About 2 plus in the afternoon, most people had to leave, i was gonna meet wanwei. After everything, met wanwei at pit 21 where jess was with her Ex-classmates celebrating Huishan's birthday. we sang happy birthday to Huishan then left for town.

Wanwei and i took bus 16 to Plaza Sing, then she got a handphone pouch, after which, we walked dwn to the heerens, where we shopped for a wedding gift for wanwei's friend. We then headed to Jurong point to meet up with SooEng and Irenes for dinner.

Was a wonderful day. Great weather thru'out.Coz, morning it was sunny, gd for outdoor activities, then it rained whilst we were travelling bk to the west. was absolutely enjoyable. Except that i had sunburn and these horrible gastric discomforts on and off. But i ended up with a migraine or some sort and had to go home early after dinner. By the time i left, Wanwei was still shopping for a skirt. Hope she found one she likes. Though i must say, there's nothing much to shop for in JP!(except groceries).

Sianx.. WHY THE HEADACHES!!!!!!!!!! Curses! Away with the headaches! i feel sick. Im anaemic. and having gastric discomforts. Can my body get any more worse!!!!??? I mite be suffering frm some horrid terminal disease for all i know! disease! ugh.. pray that it is not so....

Hey!! new blogskin again. changed it to tigger this time. i saimply love the spongebob skin, howeva.. it was absolutely faulty! *almost devasted* hahaha.
Today, mom, canida and i went for movies. Mom got the VIP card frm aunt Frances. We got the free tickets to Shark's Tale and Yesterday once more. I wudnt have watched the chinese show if nt for the free tickets! Shark's Tale is rather entertaining. As for Yesterday once more.. Alrite i guess. BUT Y DID HE DIE?! It's suppose to be Happily ever After! Stupid show. Dun watch it. We had dinner at Fish & Co. Was feeling kinda unwell the whole day actually. Havin this headache and guess im a little anaemic. Something's coming. i can sense it.
Yesterday was pretty fun, Canida slept over at my room. we did the silly things we did last time again. Now that we've different rooms, i do miss the times when we shared the same room. Went to church in the morning. I had Sooeng to come with me this time. Finally. Hope she understood most of the things spoken in sermon. Haven done much yesterday. Was suppose to go for dinner at Great World City, but somehow, i wasn't hungy. so i stayed home and watched TV! Mom bought me some sushi when they returned, but erm... eeks.. i've had enough of sushi.
Upcoming, VAL's and YIJIA's bday!!! this friday, im inviting the girls over. We're gonna bake some STUFFS. Edible, of coz. Delicious.. we'll see. ARH!!!!!! It's val's bday already!! wait.. i go give her a call first!

Then he just sms-ed me.. tellin me that Mr Pan is so funny... am i suppose to regret nt watching? Anyways, im no fan of Wilbur. Chey, i dun idolise anyone except u knw who.
